Problème installation

J'ai un petit soucis avec l'installation de mon site!
Lors de l'enregistrement de l'étape "Configuration du site" lors de l'installation, j'ai un code erreur "Sorry, we encountered a problem and we cannot complete your request..."
Je pense que ça vient du fait, que FileZilla n'arrive pas à mettre 20 fichiers dans mon site (Transferts échoués avec l'erreur:
Réponse :553 Can't open that file: No such file or directory
Erreur :Erreur critique lors du transfert du fichier).
J'utilise shost.ca comme hébergeur

au vu des erreurs il semble impossible d'installer PHPBoost chez votre hébergeur car il a désactivé une fonction nécessaire à PHPBoost, de plus pour le problème FTP il faut prendre contact avec lui.
