Hello,
First I want to commend on the author(s) for a great piece of software that you have!!
I would like to use this, but when I installed it and had English as default language, it still had
some French phrases within!
Can it possible to try and proof read your releases before making them available?
I do not speak French, but until the English is corrected, I will have to wait!!

the best way is to download the github version witch is daily update
you'll mainly find language files in the phpboost and modules repositories.

I think we succeeded to fix the english install. Could try a new installation from the Github master branch ?
